Welcome to PET OS (VORTEX-9). We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of both you and your pet. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, process, and safeguard your data when you use our clinical AI application. This policy complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applicable in the European Union and Ireland.

02. Data Collection and Processing

When utilizing the VORTEX-9 diagnostic engine, you may upload photographs and clinical metadata of your pet across three service pillars: Visual Diagnostics (scan), Personalized Nutrition (ration and weight data), and Vortex Watch (reminders, vaccine schedules, and routine records).

All uploaded media and clinical histories are processed securely by our proprietary VORTEX-9 AI engine exclusively to generate health insights, skin analysis, pain assessments, and custom nutritional plans. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or your pet's health data to any third-party marketing agencies.

03. Payment Security

PET OS utilizes Stripe as our exclusive payment gateway. We do not store, process, or transmit full credit card numbers on our servers. All subscription billing and transaction data is handled within Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

04. Data Storage and Retention

Your pet's digital records and chronological scans are stored securely to allow you and your veterinarian to track disease progression over time. On the Family Plan, you may generate a temporary Magic Link (valid for 72 hours) granting read-only access to your pet's health records for your veterinarian. This link expires automatically and can be revoked at any time from your dashboard. You maintain complete ownership of this data and may request the permanent deletion of your account and its associated clinical records at any time.

05. Third-Party Integrations

Aside from our payment processor (Stripe) and our secure AI inference servers, we do not share raw diagnostic images with external entities. Anonymized, thoroughly de-identified morphological data may be used solely for the internal training and enhancement of the VORTEX-9 diagnostic algorithms to improve clinical accuracy.
