Strict Medical Disclaimer

PET OS is an elite preliminary diagnostic and AI monitoring tool. It is absolutely NOT a replacement for professional veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or hands-on clinical assessment. In the event of an emergency, severe trauma, or acute distress, seek immediate care from a licensed veterinary hospital. PET OS exists to empower your veterinarian with data, not to substitute their medical license.

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PET OS and the PET OS engine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are explicitly prohibited from using the platform.

02. Service Description and Limitations

PET OS provides algorithmic analysis of pet health indicators utilizing computer vision and natural language processing. The output generated (including clinical reports, health assessments, and nutrition recommendations) constitutes statistical probability modeling based on provided imagery, not a definitive medical diagnosis.

03. Subscription and Billing

PET OS offers three subscription tiers: Free (€0), Clinical (€14/month), and Family Plan (€29/month). Premium features vary by plan as described on the Pricing page. Recurring billing applies to Clinical and Family Plan subscribers.

  • •Recurring Billing: Clinical and Family Plan subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis via our payment partner, Stripe.
  • •Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Access to PET OS premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • •Refund Policy: Single-use clinical analyses ("Scans") are non-refundable once the PET OS intelligent network successfully returns a processed report.

04. User Responsibilities

You agree to upload clear, unaltered photographs for analysis. You acknowledge that obscuring visual data, submitting misleading clinical history, or utilizing the platform for species outside of its trained scope (Canine/Feline) will result in heavily degraded analytical accuracy for which PET OS cannot be held liable.

Family Plan subscribers who generate a Magic Link grant temporary read-only access to their pet's health records to a third party (e.g. veterinarian). You are solely responsible for the distribution and use of this link.

05. Intellectual Property

The PET OS proprietary models, interface designs, trade dress, and associated architectures remain the exclusive intellectual property of PET OS. You may not reverse-engineer, frame, or maliciously scrape the platform.

06. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PET OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues (including the tragic loss of a pet), whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from reliance on the AI analysis.
